Dismantling Pixels is an installation that connects the world of politics and architecture. The installation’s numbered cubes provide an intuitive circulation around the 64-cubes navigating the visitors through different political matters. Responding to the overall status quo, the design is defined by its transparency and modular dismantling of cubes to represent the client’s views by placing 3D printed objects inside each cube.
The installation acts as visual layers of having the objects located on the façades of the cube-shape installation while the interconnecting gyroid assembly is placed in the core to emphasize the main political issues. The installation optimizes the ability to assemble and disassemble the pieces to be able to place the installation in various locations accommodating different environments.
